heya, happy birthday ben!! Hope you have a good one!

We are still in Rio, we had some shit news that one of our good friends has been killed in a car accident on Wednesday so we are really upset at the mo, but trying to keep busy and make the most of being in Rio because there is nothing else we can do really.

Went on a favela trip, it was quite interesting and we saw some drug dealers with massive guns just hanging out on a corner! Bit scary but the favelas are quite nice really, well the bits where they have running water are, we didnt go to the bit which didnt. Had 4 leeds boys staying in our room and they came back fucking wasted and woke everyone up, one of them got in my bed and tried to stay in it all night, we managed to kick him out in the end! Its quite funny really cos the hostel owner came and shouted at them, but 1 guy didnt realise it was her and told her to fuck off several times, then the next day they were supposed to fly home, went to the airport the guy who shouted at the owner had left his passport on his bed!! Hahaha, he had to come back and is now stuck in rio! Bless!

Last night we got hammered, we managed to bullshit our way into a night club pretending to be journalists which was quite good cos I didnt even have enough money for the entry and then managed to blag stupid brazilian men into buying me drinks all night! How good is that, I have a terrible hangover today though and Sed cant actually move, so I left her at the hostel!!
